Benedict Ezeh
Administrator & Owner
Over five years in administration and five in IT and DevOps, now turned toward disability support. He runs operations, holds the compliance line, and answers the phone himself.
The people who show up. Consistency is our whole model — the same trained, background-checked faces, week after week.
With our highly skilled and committed team, we provide reliable, consistent care — minimizing the turnover challenges that are so often seen in the industry.
Care only works when trust has time to build. A rotating cast of strangers cannot learn someone’s routines, read their signals, or notice the small change that means something is wrong. So we deliberately stay small, we pay attention to how our staff are treated, and we protect the client–caregiver match once it is working.

Glorious Care is family-run. Benedict and Agatha Ezeh set the standard for how every client is treated — and both stay personally reachable to the families we serve.

Builds the plan, keeps case managers informed and makes sure the right caregiver is in the right home.

In-home Caregivers
The heart of Glorious Care. Trained, patient, and in it for the right reasons — they are the reason families stay.

Behavioral Specialists
Build individualized strategies with the family, then coach everyone around the client to use them consistently.

Relief for Family Caregivers
Steps in so a family caregiver can rest, work or travel — trained on the same care plan, held to the same standards.

BDDS Standards
Keeps documentation, training records and accreditation requirements airtight so families never have to chase paperwork.

Support Beyond the Home
Connects clients to employment, activities and community life — and keeps families genuinely in the loop.

Chief Operations & Co‑Owner
With a strong background in healthcare, leadership and community service, I bring both professional expertise and personal passion to my role as Chief Operations and Co-Owner of Glorious Care LLC. My journey reflects a lifelong dedication to caring for others, from years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Registered Nurse to administrative leadership in healthcare and education.
I have successfully led teams, managed operations and built programs that prioritize dignity, inclusion and empowerment for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My accomplishments span from healthcare leadership to educational initiatives, all centered on creating safe, supportive environments where people thrive.
Beyond professional commitments, I am deeply devoted to advocacy for people with disabilities and believe in fostering opportunities for independence, growth and meaningful community integration. This passion drives my leadership at Glorious Care and guides every decision I make.

Scheduling & Case Liaison
Care coordination is the desk everything routes through — the first consultation, the written plan, the paperwork a case manager needs, and the match between a client and the caregiver who will be in their home each week.
The wider team
In-home Caregivers
DSPs are the people actually in the home. They deliver most of what Glorious Care does day to day, which is why we hire for character first and train hard on everything else.

Behavioral Specialists
Behavioral support starts with understanding what a behavior is communicating, then building a strategy everyone around the person can actually use — consistently, on a difficult day as well as an easy one.

Relief for Family Caregivers
Family caregivers need time off, and taking it should not mean worrying about who is filling in. Respite covers a few hours or a longer stretch, with someone briefed on the same care plan.

Accreditation is not paperwork for its own sake. It is the reason a family can trust what happens in the hours when nobody is watching.

Support Beyond the Home
Care that stops at the front door is only half the job. This role connects clients to work, activities and community life — and keeps families genuinely informed rather than only contacted when something goes wrong.
