Glorious Care LLC (“Glorious Care”, “we”, “us”) is a home health care provider based at 8462 Nottinghill Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46234. This policy covers gloriouscarellc.com only.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, location, the services you are interested in, your preferred appointment time, and anything you write in a message field.
• Consent. A record that you agreed to be contacted about your inquiry.
• Basic technical data. Standard web-server information such as the page requested and the time of the request, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we do with it

• Reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation or appointment.
• Prepare for that appointment and, if you become a client, set up your care.
• Send newsletters or service updates — but only if you asked for them. Every one has an unsubscribe option.
• Meet our record-keeping obligations as a BDDS-accredited provider.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox through a third-party form-delivery service and our email provider. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it. We share your information with no one else unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become clients are kept only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted. Client records are retained for the period required by Indiana law and our accreditation obligations.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your inquiry, where we are not required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
