With over 5 years of Administration and driving businesses to successful heights, as well as over 5 years in IT and DevOps experience and hands-on practice in leadership and management, I bring efficiency, structure, and innovation to every project I undertake. My journey has evolved from working in technology and organizational management to serving directly in the disability care field, where I discovered my true passion—helping individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities achieve independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Driven by compassion and a belief in Care for Humanity, I transitioned into disability support to align my professional skills with my personal calling. Today, as Administrator and Owner of Glorious care LLC, I lead with a vision to combine structured administration, compassionate service, and person-centered care to enrich the lives of those we serve.

My journey reflects a lifelong dedication to caring for others, from years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Registered Nurse to administrative leadership in healthcare and education.
I have successfully led teams, managed operations, and built programs that prioritize dignity, inclusion, and empowerment for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My accomplishments span from healthcare leadership to educational initiatives, all centered on creating safe, supportive environments where people thrive.

Healthcare Leadership: Progressed from frontline care as a CNA to Registered Nurse, providing direct support and clinical care to residents with developmental disabilities at Chalet Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.
Administrative Leadership: Served as Proprietress of Perpetual Care Schools, building a foundation for inclusive education and child development.
Hospitality & Management Background: Developed strong organizational and leadership skills in supervisory roles within hotels and service organizations.
